Overlooking beautiful Hanalei Bay, this relaxed retreat within the posh Princeville community offers 280 rooms on 22 lush acres. Tropical gardens with plumeria trees, orchids, and other island species surround 16 three-story buildings and an open-air lobby overlooks Bali Hai mountain. The tennis facility, featuring 4 hard courts and 4 Astro Turf grass courts, sits up on a bluff with fantastic views making it the most scenic place to play tennis on Kauai. This is Hawaii at its best… breathtaking sunsets, lush mountains and the sparkling waters of the Pacific.
MARY DANG-HANNSZ
DIRECTOR OF TENNIS
Mary grew up in both Orange County, California and Oahu, Hawaii. She attended the Fasion Institute of Design and Merchandising and achieved her Marketing degree. She then attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, majoring in Business Management and later to Pepperdine University in California where she graduated with a Business Degree in International Business. Mary has a certification with USPTA and USTA Cardio Tennis. She has been with Hanalei Bay Resort since 2012 serving as our Tennis Professional and coaching Adult and Junior clinics as well as running successful summer camps.
